    hi guyz im new here

    sup guyz. i use to be at this forum long time ago went by the name "eradikate". i couldn't come on due to busy school work and a super injury i was in. I was in a car accident, where i couldn't use my shoulders for a prolonged period of time . Now i got my surgery is all healed up and going at it again. I did 1 cycle before, i was 174-176 5% bodyfat, now i am 156 9% bf. i know its such a shame but there was nothing i can do. I'm trying to get back in shape, but im not thinkin about saucing for a long time until i get back into it in full force. Until then, im thinking about just taking some protein shakes. Nice to meet you guyz again!! i remember...pete, bigkev, and others!!

    hey bro you had me nervous i thought you wanted to sauce right away.....anyways my supp list is as follows

    Whey Isolate (www.allthewhey.com 32 bux for 5lbs....same stuff as Isopure)
    Flax oil (always a must for EFAs)
    Fish Oil (pure omega 3s are always good)
    r- ala (channels carbs to feed muscle)
    biotin (helps aborbtion of r ala)
    Vanadyl Sulfate (helps carbs get stored in muscle)

    all in all not an extensive list and not too expensive either. definitely check out the protein isolate...it's the purest protein and has zero carbs or fats. and flax oil is a must for everyone that is healthy.

    aw man thanx for the replies!! you guyz are great!! i feel like such a wussy now...i cant even bench more than my younger brother!! AH!! but im getting back into it quickly, im sore like hell...

    oh yea incase you wanted to know my stats, im 21 years old, korean, and a bio major in stonybrook new york. ive learned some things about protein. protein is better when it's cooled because when its heated, protein's structure denaturates. and when its cooled down, it renaturates itself, and becomes a full structure of protein again. Just a little info!

    i tried using my old name but it wouldnt work for some odd reason. Wow ur a vet now! and ur lookin good in ur picture bro! nice abs!

    Thanks bro. Why don't you contact PTbyJason I am sure he can do something to hook you up with your old handle and all the old posts you have.
