Getting stronger wth DB's and not Bench?
I've been on a Test E cycle for 7 weeks now and I'm doing 12 weeks. My whole body is getting stronger except my flat bench press. Now I do flat bench dumbells and I have gotten a lot stronger on them. What do you think is going on? Also I bench as my first workout for chest so it's not like I'm tired.

It's a mental thing. Prefer dbells over the bar anyhow.
How old are you? By the looks of your profile i would NOT be using at your age. You could have done far better naturally for several years.

i rarely ever bench with a bar, i always use dumbells and do pretty heavy weight, but with bench i am weak as hell, its weird

"Static holds" they are called right? I don't know if it's entierly mental. I think it might also get your tendons ready for it too, in a safer maner than trying to actually press it.
Get a spotter and have him help you out with really heavy sets of sixes, fours, threes, two's and ones. Doing a few sets of your one rep max helps build up strong connective tissue. You need to take care of your connective tissue first or you could risk injury.
