    Lactic acid

the best time to do cardio is in the AM right after waking up. I believe it has to do with glycogin(sp) levels in the body. I could be wrong about the reason why though.

Yea alot of people say that is the best time to do it.

Also alot of people say the other one, do it after ure main workout, do cardio last coz u would of used or burnt alot of glycogin and it will be forced to burn fat.

yeah both idea work. alot of guys i know dont have the energy to do cardio after a full workout. but the idea behind it is correct. u burn up all the muscle glycogen during the workout, therefore while diong cardio your body has no choice but to go after stored fat to use as energy

your body doesnŽt want to burn cals whith no BG.
the train wouldnŽt be intense and you will burn proteins, fat and
    damge your immune system ,too.

If you want tol lose fat, build up muscles and do intense training.
To do that you need sugar/BG for intesity either while lifting or
    cardio.
You will burn more cal. and more fat and sugar than with low BG and
    youŽll spare muscle proteins.

All i know is that protein and carbs after a workout forces more test into your androgen recepters or makes them more active or somthing i read this in an article today. i wouldnt mess with that. i would take complete advantage of that small time window after a workout.

Besides, i personally wouldnt mess with cardio after a workout. After you have destroyed all that muscle tissue, your body is kind of in a tug of war of catobolic vs anabolic . PWO forces the victory, i think cardio could seriously mess with that fight.
