    Reps and Sets

All the lifts changes in sets and reps but from the ranger of 4-6 sets and usaully from 6-12 reps its very complicated you can ask questions on certain exercises on weight reps and sets i did

my pct was 20 nolvadex and i did 20 nolvadex through the cycle and 36 clomid's

it was about in a 2 month span where i lost 6lbs over the year i lost about 10 i also try and change my workout every 6 months so i wasnt always doing that workout but then i got back on that workout just taking creatine and protien shakes and gained some weight i waited about 2 years till i used again and gained 18lbs and did not do that workout i did a one body part a day wokout - doing legs twice a week and arms with that twice a week

after 2 years of being clean and light lifting i have been promoted in my job so now i can start liftin hard again and juice again i will use the same workout i used about 7 years ago

right now i am 6'0 220 - i dont know my body fat im sure its high hopefully i can change things up again and get lean hard mucles in the next couple of months

increasing the weight will decreasing the reps, is there a special term for this kind of routine ? some where i read about "weight up" and "weight down" methods and I can't find much info on it anymore, I just want to know if this is one of the methods and if there are any special benefits. thanks.

To be honest i dont know i just always did a couple of warm up sets like 20 reps and 10 reps twice on squats and bench just to get the feel then go up to whateva 4 or 6 rep max was and i just kept increasing throughout the weeks - people at the gym were shocked at my results and for a couple years i was giving that workout to every1 at the gym

its good because i feel doing legs is increasing your horomones and although u are fatigued when you get to chest and shoulders ur doing good weight and good reps and the hormones push to your upper body for growth - and doing back and arms i felt were real benificial because biceps are always tough to grow and here was a way to really isolate them 1 every 3 days

I don't believe you, and I believe most people at face value.

If you are doing a minimum of 4 sets per exercise, that's a minimum of 52 sets in one workout. Pull the other one, it plays jingle bells!

Too much of that doesn't add up!

Iam so cashed after one or two power movements, how do you keep going full intensity
with that workout?Don't you think some exercises suffer because of your spent energy?
