    working out twice a day...

ok question.. i am into my second week of my cycle.. if you check my profile you can see what i am running... but my question is this.. i would like to cut up my abs..they are starting to get shape but i want them to be rediculous.. my workout partner cannot workout until 5pm with me.. so would it be a bad idea on cycle to go at say 9am to the gym, run and do abs for about an hour then do heavy weight training at night?? how would this effect me? i was thinking about going in the morning on a very light stomach and doing this work...

I did that all last scool year. 0630-0730 PT (running, pushups, situps, etc) then after classes in the afternoon I lifted with the Master Sergeant.

Thats the best thing you can do for a workout, cardio in the AM on empty stomach at 65%-75% max HR, then go back later afternoon or night and do your lifting. If your diet is in chech and your HR stays in that range you'll see the results you are looking for.
