    lat and front raises

    I perform my lateral and front raises for my shoulders all in one motion. I start with lateral and finish at front. I take it to failure.

    Is it any more beneficial to break them up into two seperate exercises or continue with just one?

    Other than variety, no. Switch it up once in awhile though, as with everything.
