Best ways to train lower arms?
Hi guys, I have a bit of a problem.
Mother nature has gifted me a quite normal body , just my lower arms are quite thin and weak. Often when I start my weight training I get inflamed lower arms after a while because the rest of my body needs heavier weights/workouts than my lower arms can handle.
So please, all tips on how to best strengthen my lower arms are welcome.Last edited by arsenegger; 12-30-2004 at 10:23 AM.

How long have you been working out?

That's a very long story. Is it important?
Anyway, look at my profile ('98-'99, that's when I experienced the lower arm problems), know then that I had a car accident (in which I broke my ribs) and some "other problems" till about a year ago...so I hardly did any training worth metioning since '99. I've only just started to work out again for the last 2-3 months. Been preparing at home with dumbells, doing push-ups and crunches and swimming (not at home ). Went to the gym for the first time again yesterday.Last edited by arsenegger; 12-30-2004 at 11:41 AM.
