help with my movement and fitness class!
I'm doing a project for a movement and fitness class and i need a little help. I'm trying to find the percentage of muscle fibers recruited in different lifts. I have found a few studies here in the library but they only give findings for flat bench and incline bench.
I was hoping that someone around here can point me to a good web page or even a good case study i could find here at the library.
im just an excercise physiology major trying to get the hell through the winter!
thanks!

I recommed www.pubmed.com to find studies dealing with EMG activity. Also, Tudor Bompa's book, Serious Strength Training has several studies that include several different lifts. If you need the articles, I might be able to post them when I am not so busy.
