well i think that i have pushed myself beyond the limit of making any gains. i did nicely for awhile now i am shot. I am currently 5'10 195lbs. i am taking 3.3 iu ed of jintropin for 5 weeks now.

Any suggestions on how to overcome overtraining. I like going to the gym keeps my mind off things. Any suggestions on how long i should rest. and if i go to the gym can i do pushups and situps? as well as cardio?
