im not really a heavy dead lifter, i was only doing 225lbs for 4 sets of 12 and by the 3rd set i started feelin dizzy a bit, but i went for the 4th set and while doing it i felt fine, the weight didnt feel heavy felt comfortable. However when i was done i couldnt help but feel sick and a bit light headed, i ran to the bathroom and puked.

what's the deal? this is the 2nd time this has happened to me with dead lifts.

What should i eat before the gym to prevent that, and should i be drinking gatorade instead of water?
