ABS (once a week or more?)
I used to do abs 3 times a week. Lately I have seen many pros say they do ABS like any other muscle (once a week). On the other hand some people say ABS are meant to be trained more than once a week. What do you guys think. Train ABS once a week all out or 3 times a week normally?

I guess it all depends on how intense you train abs in each session.

I have read that if you are bulking to not do them ore than once a week because it will make your waist too big and make your body out of proportion, like you'll have to have an insanely huge back to make your waist look smaller. maybe thats what the BB'ers are refering to?

I hit them 3 times a week on my off days. With no weight because I dont want them to be huge. I just want them to remember their pupose is to make me stable when doing lifts. And plus when I cut I wasnt my abs to be defined but not really bulging out.
Its really what ever your goals are with your abs or if you have reached that goal yet.

I go by how they feel. It works out to about 3x per week.

I do them after every workout. (4-5 days a week)
