!IMPORTANT!: Recovery Question???
i need to know how often you all work out a certain muscles group a week, do u do it 1 2 or 3 times a week? im asking this becuase it seems like you all dont even work out a muscle group more than once or twice a week. i usually go by if it feels sore the nxt day, and if it doesnt then ill work it out 2 days later, am idoing this wrong?? need advice please

sunff
try that.. works best for me

if you are making gains, in reps...weight...etc... you are working your muscles to potential, even if you aren't sore they need to rest...
personally, i work so damn hard that i can't avoid soreness

a muscle needs to recover and rebuild,then grow alittle bigger and stonger, if someone is training hard enough 1-2 times a week should be the most a part is trained.I look at it like this when your done being sore its time to let it build,so a day or two of soreness and another day or two of buiding thus once or twice a week for each part.
