Ohhhh
I was doing wayy to much!
I though that the superset was only AFTER having done the "non-superset" legcurl 4x15 and "non-superset" legextension 4x15

I will wait for you to confirm that the correct leg protocol workout is this before changing it:
1) 4x15 Supersetted:
Leg extension
Leg Curl
2) Squat 4x15

Yup, but make the squats 4x20.......or 5x20 if you can muster it.

ok...so I did the leg workout on wednesday, and when I jumped out of bed today, I almost smashed my face on the floor I could barely stand up my quads are so sore. Thanks for the great workout Swole, I'm anxious to see the results
