Adjusting Workout Time Due To New Job
Hey everyone, need some advice.
Due to my new job, the only time I will have available to get in a workout will be at 5:45a.m. So I will have to get up every morning at 5:45a.m.
I am not a morning person at all and have a killer time trying to get up in the morning alone, let alone workout.
Any adivce for switching sleep schedule over to this and to get up at this time everytime? I've been missing a lot of workouts simply because i can not get up at that time.
Thanks in advance,.

I used to have to get up at 2:00 am b/c I worked at 5:00 am. It wasn't pretty but after a while you figure out how to make it work and get used to it.
I'd give youself a good 3 weeks to get used to the new schedule.
