Mag Chest workout
this workout looked pretty good, thinking of using it as a shock workout once i hit a plateu on my current, prob run it for 4-6 weeks, what do u guys think?
Flat dumbell bench 4 x 8
Incline bench 4 X 8
Incline smith drop set 2 x 8 8
Superset 3 times
flyes x12
dips x exhaustion
pushups x exhaustion

im not a big fan of super sets what about if you just started doing negatives? they get me over humps

why do you think this will get you over your plauteau? what are you doing now?
