back routine...
well my gym moved locations and we used to have power racks that we were able to wedge a bar in the bottom corner to do some close-grip t-bar rows, and are unable to use the corners of a wall, i loved this exersice and im looking for something to compare it too, i have a couple ideas but am curious as to what you guys have in mind...
here's my current routine
weighted chins 3x8
bent-rows 3x8
????????????(was t-bars in corner)
deads 3x4-6

maybe you could lie on an incline bench and hold a bar to try to simulate it

Old-school rowing in the corner is fantastic. Can see how alot of gyms are not allowing it.. then again alot of "gyms" don't allow anything old-school/hardcore. Even still they should at least have a T-bar machine, if not do something like S.P.G said... I'd maybee just do heavy cable rows with the Double D handle or even dumbell rowing (slight 45 degree angle knee on the bench) can get those areas too... just one side at a time.

if that doesnt work try some hammer strength high rows or straight arm pulldowns seem to make my back wider

Try doing the exercise in a different location. What I did was wedge it in the corner of a weight tree, away from mirrors or walls, and row away. To help stabilize the bar, I would have my brother place his foot over the end to keep it in place. Just make sure there are enough plates on the weight tree, to prevent it from moving back. Or have a bro stand on the tree, while placing his foot on the end of the bar. Good luck.
