    Abs and chest...

    I would really like to define my lower chest, lower abs, and love handles more. I do basic workouts for each, but I was wondering if neone knew excercises that could really isolate and torture each...

    I understand the whole diet part and im a firm beleiver that dietin the the most important factor is bodybuilding. But I was just curious about what body specific workouts anyone does for these areas, and if anyone does anything unique.

    Suggest that you google "best abdominal exercises"
    What you'll see, and I agree with is:

    - Captains chair
    - Sweedish ball crunches

    Are #1 and #2 , but there are a variety of ways to torture the lower abs. I suggest that you forget rep-counts and go untill you burn out. Superset 2-3 at a time for 3 sets each.

    LOL thanks a ton... You werent kiddin my abs were punished, theres nothin better than not bein able to bend your abs to get outta bed when you wake up in the morinin

    I use the rope pull-down for alot of my ab workout. The core ball is good too.
