Rate my Strenght
I guys I am 23 years old 6 feet tall and I weight 230 pounds 13percent body fat, and I am into bodybuilding since I was 18 years old, can you tell me if I am strong or what?
These lifts are are for 8 reps full range.

some of his numbers are more or equal to what ron coleman is lifting. i say he either has horrible form or this is a bunch of but he could always post a vid and prove us wrong.

That one about the video is funny, but I would be kick it out the gym, I dont push more weight cause the gym owner looks to me with a strange face, and in my Island there is only one hardcore gym all the equipment came from Canada.

id have to question form...especially on side raises 70lbs. i see a lot of people pullin bigger weight than me, their form is all wrong, and they wonder how im so bigger than them (and stronger though they seem to use bigger weights).
small ego = lighter weights done properly = im bigger than you and actually stronger.
but like others have said, if these numbers are right and they are good form, then no, you're weak.

chest workout isn't amazing at all that's the only one I really checked out so i'm sure there's others but no you don't have freakish strengh or anything like that honestly.

To go along with that shoulder/chest theory... I can press more weight inclined than flat. I think because of my delts. I guess I need to catch my middle and lower chest up heh ? Oh, btw, my second cock's vagina just left him for being too big !

i have a hard time repping 100 on SP for more than 4-5 reps but can work with 130 DB on incline... and i always though that my shoulders were strong...
