    no like honestly tho in gym class i had to wrap my dick to my leg with duct tape.. cause i couldn't wear shorts and if i tried those long pants if i was running it would flap around and i would get in trouble

    id have to question form...especially on side raises 70lbs. i see a lot of people pullin bigger weight than me, their form is all wrong, and they wonder how im so bigger than them (and stronger though they seem to use bigger weights).

    small ego = lighter weights done properly = im bigger than you and actually stronger.

    but like others have said, if these numbers are right and they are good form, then no, you're weak.

    TRLS63, that's reasonable. I'm like that too. My shoulders are stronger lb for lb than my chest. I wouldn't start a thread with my #'s though. 300 lb leg extentions just sound dangerous to me. That's bad knees waiting to happen.

    i have a hard time repping 100 on SP for more than 4-5 reps but can work with 130 DB on incline... and i always though that my shoulders were strong...
