Lil Diff split...opinions?
Mon - Chest, Bi's, Tri's
Tues- Legs, Abs
Wed- Off
Thurs- Shoulders
Fri- Back (including post. delt), Abs
Sat- Off
Sun- Off
i've never really see anyone mention doin chest, bi's, and tri's so thats why i'm askin. nothin really overlaps eachother so i dont see much harm in doin this.
i think while doin my mondays workout i'd alternate between a chest and bi workout and then i'd finish off w/ my tri's.
any comments?

i think it's alot for 1 day bro IMO.
that means u'd be at the gym for 2hrs, no?!

well i think i'm gonna give it a shot. i'm only gonna do 11-12 sets for chest (3 exercises), and prolly around 6-8 for bi's and tri's (2 exercises each)
i dunno maybe i'll just do chest and tri's? we'll see i'm goin to the gym in bout an hour.
