    Can you overwork your abs???

    Im only 155 pounds and im doing alot of situps a day. I can see my six back but its not bulking up can i be overtraining them? should i let them rest??

    I would go with heavy db crunches on a swiss ball. Hook your feet under two db's that double the weight that is under your chin. This exercise gives your abs an excellent pre-stretch before contracting. You can build up to a massive db with a good spotter.
