Show me you off cycle workouts
Heres my current one im looking for something new. Swole and other gurus I could use your help. Remember its off cycle workouts. Hope this forum get some attention.
chest/shoulders/tri
incline dumbel 3 sets
flat bench 3 sets
laterial shoulder raise 3 sets
french press 2 sets
rope push downs 2 sets
dips 2 sets
back/trap/bi
cable row 3 sets
deadlift 2 sets
pull ups 2 sets
barbel shrug 3 sets
standing curl 2 sets
hammer curl 2 sets
I got my legs workout strait. I do what I can and feel is safe since theyve been injured so much. Id like to keep the lifting to 3 days a week thanks.

I go with EOD training,
(1)Chest, shoulders, tris
(2) OFF
(3) Legs
(4) OFF
(5) Back, bi's, abs
(6) OFF
(7) REPEAT

i follow up the same routine as mention above(EOD)
day1 chest/tris/shoulders
day2 off
day3 back/bis/traps
day4 off
day5 legs
day6 off
what should the order be when you do chest/tri/shoulders
is it like chest then tris and then shoulders or chest then shoulders and then tris
and same with the back/bis....should it be back/bis/traps or back/traps/bis

M/W/F HIT routine:
Mon: chest/shoulders/tris/traps/abs
Wed: back/bis/calves/quads/hams
Fri: same as monday
Monday: smae as previous wed.
