Do you always get sore after you workout

When i first started off i did but not as bad anymore.
Does this mean im not working out hard enough or my body has gotten use to it?

I always get sore on certain body parts(chest, back, legs)
Bicep, tricep never get sore, shoulders only some times. The strength goes up so I'm not complaining. If I can feel the burn in the gym, I don't worry about the soreness

legs always get sore, sometimes back and my outer pecs near the arm pits, i have done heavy workouts and felt fine after and done light work and couldn't move, your body will grow if you are sore or not as long as you work hard

    triceps usually
chest just the outsdie part under the armpit i can never get sore in the middle part
    back never very rarly
    legs always
    shoulders very rarly

So do you htink its jsut that certain excises arent as prone to soreness as others may be ?

the pain and recovery is were growth takes place, so i always try to get sore for the next day. try creatine and glutamine to fight/recover from the workout soreness.

legs and ass all the time, chest sometimes ,arms never ,shoulders never, back only the lower back and finally the toughest body part the calves - those mofo 's burn when you do them but i never had sore calves the next day .I think it's the bigger body parts need more time for recovery then the smaller ones hence the soreness. I think other factors may play part ,your protein intake ,supplements, fatigue, how hard you were able to go on your workout etc etc .Just things i have noticed

I'm sore after every workout, every bodypart to varying degrees.

Oddly, I'm usually MORE sore 2 days after that workout than the day right after.

Isnt it good to be sore? hehe i hope so

After every weight day i am a bit sore. not so bad i cant do anything just enough to let me know ive done something.

Now for some reason seated leg ext at my gym just plain HURT. hehe not when im doing them but they seem to produce more soreness that anything.

    well thats my 2 cents

Legs all the time. Traps most of the time. Everything else is good to go.

I get sore after every workout. If your not sore after working out then your not training hard enough.

I'm with blaster and Diesel on this one. The second day after I lift I fuckin' hurt. But I love it because I know I have done my job and I personally enjoy the pain!
