is it ok to incorporate this routine and finish them with extreme stretching dc recommends ?? or would it be too much on the system

Im dont see why that would hinder the system, might even help it a little.

i tried this workout out it seems quite good , but im not sure about the 3 minute break between each set especially for the last set 11 to 15 reps , i dont know but its like wasting alot of time maybe i could be wrong , but while i was doing dc routine you really suffer with the rest pause and stretching but with this system i found it quite easy

Thanks for the reply
but i dont know how extreme stretching will cause rotator cuff surgery unless you are not warmed up properly as i read alot of articles about the benefits of extreme stretching to fascia growth and i taught your system with extreme stretching at the end would place much more growth on the body
