    New Member Training Questions?

    Im 6' 217 Lbs Decent Body Fat And Starting A Test Prop Cycle. Assuming Im Eating Right Im Looking For A Basic And Easy To Follow Workout Routine To Put On Some Bulk. Any Advice Would Be Much Appreciated.

    Yes, what are your workouts like now. If you are getting ready for a cycle, I hope you know how to train. Chances are if you dont, that also means you do not know about Nutrition. You should have been on a solid diet and exercise routine for at least 2 years now.
