    i did these for a football training routine. nice lil excercise.

    Thats where I know these things from too. Really makes your forearms and hands hurt at the end of set. We would try and incorperate a static hold with our elbows at 90 degrees after our last rep. I remember my fingers being "stuck" in a clenched position for a minute or 2 after i was done. Def a good exercise.
