Splitting up my workouts, AM/PM
I've been beginning to start splitting up my cardio from my workouts. I'd do cardio in the AM after breakfast and my first class around 11am or so, then my workout around 6pm or so.
My question is, should i do my workout first, then cardio at night, or leave it as it is?

i would say that if your cardio is done in a fasted state (breakfast before class then doing it after as long as its a couple hours should be alright) would be beneficial, and then doing your workout in the evening is fine by me. My $.02, i would do it that way.
