    please help- when to fit in my cardio?

    yo guys

    im in a bit of a dilemma. I workout at my uni gym and this means i have to do my weight training in the morning. The reason? from 12pm-8pm there are about 40 people in the weights room thats about 15ft square with not a lot of equipment. getting in a good workout at times (and i have done this before and its really crap!) can take almost 3 hours because of people getting in ur way, taking equipment, hogging equipment etc.

    so anyway i need help in planning my cardio. The weights room in my gym does not open on weekend, so training 4 times a week splits as follows:
    Mon- Chest, Biceps, Forearms
    Tues- Back, Triceps
    Thurs- Shoulders, Traps
    Fri- Legs

    Before xmas, i was doing weights 3x/week and cardio on the mornings i wasnt weight training. how i did this? i didnt train legs, at all!

    so what im asking, is when should i do my cardio. I can do it tuesdays, thursday and saturday, but when i HAVE to start adding in another day, when should i do it? i have thought that sunday would be fine, but is it feasable to train 7 days a week?

    please give me your thoughts on this as i really would like advice. I know i can do cardio in the afternoons of my weight training days, but empty stomach cardio really gave me gr8 results so im trying to stick with this

    any way round it?

    yes it is FEASABLE to train 7 days a week especially if ur sunday cardio is very VERY MILD..

    BTW: its a lot better to cardio in the morning

    sorry made a mistake and said i trained legs twice a week- no chance!!
    back is trained on tuesday


    i know its better to do cardio in the morning, but how do i go about it? do i just do it on my 4 non weight training days??
