    F***ing above the junk thing...

    Okay you know where the V is right above the old boys Yea well for some reason, its like mine is fregin bloated, or just pudge... ive been cutting, and my top 4 abs look great, and the next 2, are comming... and im starting to look better... but that righ there is still making me look like i have a huge gut, and its solid, not fatty, it feel s like muscle?

    Arg... HELP

    Do you do leg raises? that has brought mine out Im still kinda chunky but when I get 'em pumped I can see it pretty good, thoise help I like to do an ab exercise then superset it with hanging leg raises from a pullup bar per set (i.e. crunches then leg raises = 1 set - repeat for however many sets you are performing)

    I get the medicine ball and hold on to something (like the arms on the ab bench) and then to leg raises reallly slowly, those freaking kill. then for the olbliques I do Side pulls with the cables. Help cuts it all up.
