Well I do, just thinking I should improve week to week. I have tried both actually (bb and pling) Gave up pling awhile ago bcuz I think I am too tall and my arms and legs are too long.

Interesting on your routine. I have never tried deads off a platform. So, when you do this, I'm guessing you can't set the bar down or you will fvck your hands, right?

platform deads wont screw up your hands, use only a 2-4inch box, any higher than that is too high IMO,

Yeah, get like a step box that chicks use for step areobics or a lunge squat if you don't have a platform rack. If you asking though, I'm betting you don't. You can't set the weight down on the rack, you have to step off it, or lean far enough forward that you can set the bar down with out crushing your fingers. But that's bad for your back.

I havent read the other replies but for me, I notice that I am still not recovered from one or the other if I try to perform one or the other. Its like I have to pick one but, not both, just seems to overowrk my hams and quads to a lesser extent.

Pling has never been an interest of mine. What are you tryin to prove by putting on a special suit and arching so far you almost break in half? We used to make fun of guys who benched like that.

Just my opinion though. Im sure a lot of people enjoy that type of training nad benefit from it.

I get what you're saying, just set the weight back on the rack and dont drop it to the floor each time (which wouldnt be possible anyway) I actually do have a platform where Im at, I do shrugs on it.

Its to reduce the distance that you have to push the bar, that and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
