    Workout for tricep mass

Does anybody have a good mass workout for triceps?
I had tried almost everything and nothing really seems to work as I would like

Um, I like the close grip bench and lat pulldowns. Also, you got the pullover and dips. If yr looking for mass, maybe you should do high weight, low rep stuff, and work your muscles really hard., but also, get the proper rest.

Coming from someone that has triceps as a weak point. CGBP and heavy dips have blown my triceps like crazy.

I've never seen them this big before. I am a happy camper.

yes do weighted dips..close grip bench press is good or you could try a reverse grip bench..this hit my tri's hard or overhead dumbbell raises and skulls in a superset stick to the basics..i used to do a lot of kickbacks and cables pftt F that just go heavy freeweights with any of the above mentioned in bold

on the close grip bench.. grip as hard as you can and try pulling the bar apart...this helps add a little more fury to the tris...

I would recommend doing the close grip with the olympic bar, it builds ya up quicker due to all the stabilization needed. I see people do it with the preacher bar but thats just weak......

weighted dips have been what has really added size to mine. I add 2 45 lb weights with the chain belt and do reps going the entire way down until my feet touch the floor (not pushing off the floor, but just touching it)

    ^added great mass

French presses are great for me for definition, they made my horse shoe come in very nicely

along with those i do dkull crushers (elbows in) supersetted with reverse grip bench

Close Grip Bench Presses (Regular and Decline). Weighted Dips. And I love Straight Bar Pushdowns.

Ditto on the weighted dips and the overhead dumbell raises - In my case I gained at least a 1/4 inch in four months just adding these to my arm work outs.
I also did cable push downs with the rope, close grip bench and single arm push downs on a cybex machine.
