Want to blow up your iron quads? Look here for SIZE!

    Swolecat check this out man...
Just got done reading your leg program...sounds great by the way and I will definitely incorporate it for when the next leg day comes (which as soon as I can start walking from the injection pains!)
I saw your comp pictures as well, and have to say, your upperbody (espcially arms are just fantastic!) while your legs look very "ripped" and striated, a more "sweep" appearance on the outer region of your legs would definitely boost the aesthetics factor. I did hear that you got surgery a while back and that is probably why some leg size was sacrificed, but I bet your program got your legs right back to what it was before the accident right? You the man swole! I wanted to relate to you and post my leg workout program as well...and see how it stacks in correspondence to your program. I truly hold my program to my heart...
Swole...please read my workout program and tell me what you think of it. I have put on 2 inches and a half of muscle in 9 months using this program.
The program is emphasizes legs twice a week, split by 4 days. Day 1 is light day and the goal on this light day is to engorge the quads and hams with as much blood as the muscle can possibly hold so as to induce hypertrophy and "stretch" the muscle fibers for improved circulation and anabolism.
Exercise 1: (Leg extensions 100 reps with 100lbs quadruple drop sets)
first 50 reps is nonstop with 2 second contraction and slow, controlled movements, then after the 50 reps, your legs should be literally on fire by then...so wait 10 secs, them pump out another 10 reps, then another until you get all the way up until 100 reps then after you get to the 100 rep mark, immediately lower the stack in half (50lbs) and repeat for 50 reps nonstop followed by 10 second increments WITH NO BREAKS AT ALL
Exercise 2: (leg presses 100 reps with 500 lbs)
the same action here is incorporated with the same method as explained above, which is 50 reps first nonstop (explode up, but slowly go down all the way until it touches your shoulders) and then after 50 reps, wait 10 secs, pump out another 10 reps, and on and on in every 10 second increments until you reach 100 reps...as soon as you reach 100 reps, IMMEDIATELY lower the weight to what you can handle for about 10 reps, for a quadruple drop set with no breaks.
If you did the above leg presses correct, you should be on the verge of passing out, if not, actually pass out. You will not be able to walk for about a god 10 mins after this, as you will be laying on the floor screaming in pain, as about 500 needles jab into you. Your legs WILL BE IMMOBOLIZED, there's NO QUESTION ABOUT IT IF YOU DID IT RIGHT!
    Exercise 3:
Stiff leg dealifts with a weight you can handle for about 15-20 reps. Then drop set 4 times all with 15-20 reps each set...your hams will be dead by then..and the whole workout should be about 30 mins...try my program I guarantee you will have EXTREME pain for a week AND A HALF!
And that is just light day...Heavy day will be MUCH more brutal then this, and I will format my heavy program in a few days...look out for part 2!
Swolecat...I need your criteria on this program!

    U need my criteria?

I deleted the other posts in my sticky as you posted this there as well by accident.

I am sure your program is great, perhaps people will give it a shot.
