How many times/week do you train legs?
I have a new found love for training my legs. I just wrapped up a great cycle, and love the results I see...especially in my legs. I am like 6'3, so my legs naturally look skinny.
My question is this:
Is it ok to train legs more than once per week?
What are your thoughts on this?

I would just train them once per week with intense work-outs. Remember over-training is no good

i train everything every 8-9 days now spread over 5 workouts and get very good results...

I couldnt train legs more than once a week..

look at the sticky up top called "SwoleSquats", if you do this routine for the first time and you arent sore, your name is Clark Kent...
once a week is enough...

Once a week like everything else.
I lift first for about 45 mins (squats, leg press, lunges, ham curl, leg ext, and calf) then i play soccer for about 1 hour.
My legs are sore for about 4 days after this.

1 time per week for me.
If you chop the trees down too early, they never get to grow.
Ya gotta feed/water them and get them in the sun relaxing.

yeah...what i don't like is for the entire day after a leg workout, i have NO ENERGY for sex....zero! And i can't have any earlier in the day as that would ruin my workout......so leg days are 100% of the time sexless for me......

Once a week that's a defo for me...

Speaking for myself. My legs were biggest when I cycled over 30 miles per day and trained heavy 1X week.
