    Workout routine for my Girlfriend

    I need some help writing a program for my girlfriend, all the routines i write tend to be more suited for guys, shes looking to loose about 15 lbs and tone up, any help would be appreciated.

    diet numero uno...Second, I helped a girl out once, lotta leg presses with alotta reps, lotta light overheard dumbbell extensions, lotta seated curls, and lotta laying hamstring curls...Kept the reps pretty high on everything..Worked well...
