can anyone give me a good way to lower BF% besides dieting, i am currently finishing a SD cycle, on PCT, and am lookin for a way to lower my overall BF%, i was on a diet to support muscle growth, 5 meal a day, 200gs protein n carbs, 60 fat about 2500 calories a day, steadily moderated, but as i GREW, i gained sum fat, tsk tsk, startinga cardio regiment 2mrw, or today by the time u read this

morning cardio empty stomach:

10min walk incline
10min job incline
sprint whatevr i can manage
3min jog
2min walk

bike ride 10 min at top resistance i can manage

how would runnin or walkin after a workout go??? any suggestions? hint??
