    My workout after a cycle?

After my cycle is finished, should I keep my workout the same or should I lower the weight/intensity of the workout. Since I wont be on any gear, I would suppose that keeping weight/intensity the same as when I was on cycle, would be counter productive. What should I be changing with my workout?

I suggest keep intensity up but dont over extend your workouts.. Get IN get OUT, give it 100%...

If anything you should train just as hard, as if you slack off the body will see that as a reason not to stay the same size.

I would say train hard and smart and make sure you keep your motivation strong.

Train the same. If your intensity naturally dies off a little or whatever fine. But dont INTENTIONALLY not try your hardest, its like slacking off. I train the EXACT same whether on or off.

Train just as hard...minimizes post-cycle muscle loss...also, calories should be up to compensate for any catabolism that might occur...besides, for me, clen with PCT helps me keep my intensity/strength up
