From all the info ive gathered up
I think i have finally decided on what workout i should go with for now.
This is what i am going to try after reading some of swolecat's and a few others post from the past.
Day 1:
Chest/Delts/Triceps
3-4 sets Barbell Bench
3 sets incline d-bells
3 sets Decline
4 sets shoulder presses. (2-3 tempo!)
4-6 Skullcrushers (Next workout do CG Bench).
Day 2: off cardio
Day 3: Back/Biceps/Traps
3 sets pullups/lat pulldown machine (width)
3 sets T-Bar row (thickness)
3-4 sets deads
4-6 sets Barbell Curls. (Next workout do Hammers)
5 sets d-bells shrugs, straight up and down, 20 reps each set.
Day 4: off cardio
Day 5: Legs
4 sets of supersetting Extensions and Curls
5 Sets of controlled Squats, 4 sets of 15 and 1 heavy.
Day 6: Repeat( if i dont feel that i am ready to repeat this day i will take an extra day off.
also for chest i will be rotating between Decline and cable work and also between barbell and dumbbells on incline and flat.
Does this seem like a pretty good approach? By the way i am lean bulking.

Looks similar to what I do but I am finding that my arms are lagging so I am going to do this:
mon-chest/front delts
tue-lats/traps/rear delts
wed-off
thu-biceps/triceps/forearms
fri-legs/low back/abs
sat-off
sun-off
Your routien looks decent to me though.
WHats gonna determine whether or not ANY routine is good for you is the results you yield. Just trial and error with patience/determination to do it.

You just honestly have to learn what works best for you by keeping track and trial and error. Not easy but thats exactly what you have to do

Do yall think that it would be better to do
chest/delt/tri
back/bi/trap
off
off
Leg
Then repeat on the 6th day
this would put me at a 3 on 2 off workout or should i go with the 2 on 1 off 1 on 1 off workout(workout would still be repeated on 6th day)

I have seen different post where SwoleCat recommended doing 3 sets of hammers and 3 sets of BB curls when doing bi's and i have also seen that he recommended 5-6 sets of just one of the exercises per workout. Swole, and others have any input on this?
