    cardio questions

    First i should say im on AAS.

    Tren 70mg ED
    Prop 100mg ED
    Winny 50mg ED
    Clen 2 weeks on/off
    B-Complex
    Letro 25mg ED
    1 Animal Pak before workout.
    Liquid Amino Acids, before and after workout
    Taurine 100mg ED
    No-Explode 2 scoops before workout

    Im looking to build lean mass, and loose some body fat.

    Is it better to do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach or after weight training?

    Also if i do cardio on a empty stomach in the morning is it still ok to take the liquid amino acids before and after cardio.

    And is there ever too much cardio?? I dont wanna look like one of those skinny dudes from Tour De France

    A.M, cardio is the best time...go for that
    anywhere from 30-45 minutes is a good duration...
    cardio should be low impact (brisk walking) and HR should be between 65-75% for optimal fat burning
    I dunno about liquid amino, but i guess it would be okay to take before, although i personally dont know why I would do it (and never did)

    so im 22 thats about 140bpm for me. im usually doing around 160, but i can bring it back
