    I always do two body parts a day (i do legs in one day, but thats quad/hamstring) because I like to train each body part twice a week. I never see any results when I hit a muscle group only once a week

    same here....this is what i do...

    mon: legs
    tues: chest/shoulders/tris
    wed: back/bis
    thurs. legs
    fri: chest/shoulders
    sat: back/arms (bis & tris)
    sun: off

    not saying this is the way to go..but seems to work for me.

    I do one major muscle group and one minor one per workout

    something like:

    Chest/Tris
    Shoulders/Bis
    Back/Abs
    Legs/legs/legs
