I always do two body parts a day (i do legs in one day, but thats quad/hamstring) because I like to train each body part twice a week. I never see any results when I hit a muscle group only once a week

something like:
Chest/Tris
Shoulders/Bis
Back/Abs
Legs/legs/legs
