    Heart rate and cardio

    I usually have a carb up day on sunday and throughout the week it's fairly easy for me to keep my heart rate at 65-70% of my max.

    Well, I skipped this week's carb up day (wasn't needed) and I have been having a hard time keeping my heart rate where it needs to be. It made a low intensity exercise seem like I'm preparing for a marathon. Does anyone else experience this problem?
