Extreme stretching photos inside
I made this for myself so I wouldn't have to open multiple windows to see different stretches.. so i figured i would share now

For lats try grabbing something around waist height and leaning back like your sitting in a chair...then try holding your arms above your head and touching the sky to the opposite side of the arm, but stretch it...I know those two strethes really helped me with my lats, and my lats got huge and really aesthetic after those stretch...although "i can't attribute it to the stretches" but we all know stretching does something for us other then just avoiding injury, etc.

how far back do you go on the chest stretches? i love the incline stretch (i do it with light/moderate weight at the bottom of my dumbell inclines) but people say its dangerous. i do my heavy/explosive exercises differently.

The picture compilation is very nice... but you really need the descriptions to keep you out of trouble on some of them and to understand how long you should be shooting for. See the Extreme Stretches sticky in the Dogg Pound on IntenseMuscle.com.

I've read articles that say stretching the muscles before a workout weaken it up to 15%. I'll try to find it and post it.

i beleive hes referring to doggcrapps extreme stretching in wich you do the stretches after the muscle group you just hit..am i right??

I don't believe the guy who put the collage together took the pics... INHUMAN had them taken to illustrate the stretches and help alieviate a lot of questions...
AGAIN: Read the post on intense muscle or you will not get out of them what you should!
