    Bicep Peak

    If i remember correctly, bicep peak is party genetics and work out. If im doing ez bar curls do i want a narrow grip or wide grip for the bicep peak

    its def genetic to a certain degree but my arms respond better to narrow grip on the ez-bar i get a pump on the peak.

    Right bro, you can do all the ez-curl and inclines you want, but either you have the peak or your don't.
