    need some help

    Hey, hows it going everyone, im here to get some help from anyone that can help me out. Im 18 years old 5 ft 8 in, 180lbs, and my bf is at its highest in a while its at 13%. Im just getting stuck, i work my ass off everyday im in the gym but i just am not seeing the results i want to see. i think my routine is the problem it did work pretty damn good for a long time but im just not seeing to many changes like i did. here is my routine right now
    mon- chest triceps calfs
    tue- back biceps
    wed- shoulders legs
    thurs- chest tri
    fri- back bi calfs
    sat- shoulders legs
    sun- off

    it was working pretty fine for a long time i kept seeing the results i wanted. But i just am not seeing the results i did. if you got any good routine that has been working please help me out.

    I had the same problem and I just changed routine a little and it help. Try concentrating on total arms one day, legs another, and so forth. You need to throw your body a curve ball and get it out of the normal routine. You need to mix in some cardio in there cause at your age you should be able to shread BF. Good luck.

    i agree with svartur give yourself another day or two of recovery.split it like mon-tue workout wed -rest thur-fri workout sat cardio sun rest or sat-sun rest depending on intensity of workout
