    shoulder day question

i just want to make sure that i am not over training my shoulders...tell me what you think:

4 sets smith barbell shoulder press (heavy)
3 sets machine shoulder press (medium)
3 sets seated side dumb bell lateral raises
    3 sets upright row

i'm sure most of you will say drop the 2nd shoulder press, but i like how it feels after doing heavy barbell, a nice smooth machine press really gets me pumped. rear delts i train on back day.

I try and hit each delt.
    Here is an example:

    Front delt:
    BB M-Press
    DB front raise

    Side:
    BB upright row
Cable side (behind back) laterial raise

    Rear:
Seated bent over rear laterial raise
    Lever machone rear laterial press

If you like M-presses then hit them hard for 4 working sets but doing them twice to me is not the best way to go about it. I love skullcrushers but that doesn't mean that i only do them for tri's. You need to hit the muscle every which way in order for it to "respond." Just my option. Also change up movements each time.

    P.s
Also don't always hit front delts first. Try starting with side delts then rear then front. Change that up as well as movements.

I would just throw on some military press and laterals on chest day, that should be enough.
