Early morning cardio when you have work at 9:00 a:m
i have recently been scheduled to work at 9:00 a.m on certain days and have been trying to get my lazy ass up at 7:00 a.m to get on the treadmill.. only problem is i keep pressing snooze on my alram clock til 8:00 a.m which gives me no time for cardio ... no matter what i try my body just tells me to keep sleeping and i dont get up.. anybody have any tips on how to get up in the morning or am i just being a lazy bitch!
im thinking about having an ecy stack next to my gallon of water by the bed so i can take it at 6:55 when the alarm goes off... i just dont want to be dependant on waking up with an ecy stack ED.. anybody have any suggestion?

Put the alarm at the other end of the room, bro. Leave your sneakers and shorts right by it, also. Maybe even toss in a note to yourself.

to wake up i make my phone ring 5 minutes before a program called mp3 alarm clock turns on ministry of sound remix by semus haji at high volume with my 12" sub
