I hit abs 3 days a week and do cardio on the weekends.
If anyone could chime in for my next 5 weeks it would be greatly appreciated.
My cores bench, squat, and DL are as followed.
I benched 310x5 last week. I squated 480x5 last week. and i took dl off this past regiment, but last month i did 545x3.

For your bench, what weights are you at for the first and second set... are those just warmups? I like that rep scheme/progression

last week i did 135x10, 225x10 as my warm-up sets. then my working sets were 260x13, and 285x8.

Good numbers, How does your body hold up with the 5 days in a row. What's your view on rest days/cns recovery?

i feel fantastic. i usually run on the weekends, but as of late ive been enjoying my days off and eating well and a lot. my body feels ready to go everyday, cuz since i quit football i've been getting a lot of rest. it is nice i just get in the weightroom bust my @ss for an hour a day and get out. i think with that original split i get plenty of recovery time. i've been bulking now for just over 8 weeks and have gained 17 lbs.
