    cardio after workout

    if i do cardio after a workout will that take away from some of the gains of my workout?

    it's not optimal but no it won't affect it, at least in my experience it never has.

    30 min should be fine if your really worried have your protein shake ready to go after cardio

    I find that cardio after a workout works best for me personally. Some will say in the morning on an empty stomach works best for them. Just go with what works best for YOU.
