A Fcuked up situation
Hey guys,
My name is Ahmed, 25 years old, lifting 1 year straight, made some descent gains with no cycle experience, 192 cm , 102 kgs...
The proplem I am tellin' you is that:
I am now going to work as a resident doctor in a petrolium site within the desert with no gym... This will be 14 days on and 14 days off...
What should I do ?? I will be suspended 2 weeks every month ...
Imagine you're me and tell me what you really would do...
Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Start thinking about improvising. Where can you do pullups ? You can do press ups on the floor, triceps from a chair, you can buy plastic weights these days that you can fill with water, they travel light.
Squat lunges with weights in your hands. Take a tub or protein with you.

Yeah, A desert. Get a metal bar and 2 **** off big buckets, and fill em wif sand, hang em on each end of the bar and now you have a bar bel

isometrics will help somewhat. squat with shit on your back. takes some practice but you can hand stand against the wall and push up for shoulders.
take some dumbells. push ups
