What's up people's, been a while since i posted on here and i have to admit i missed this site. Anywayz enough chin dribble, the reason i am writing this post is because i have a problem with my symmetry, more so in my shoulders than anywhere else. I know naturally u will always have one side bigger than the other but this is now becomming a joke. I have stopped barbell and machine training now for over a year (werever i can) to help bring my symmetry up a bit. I am plan to stop training my right side for a couple of months and do my left side to see if this will bring up my symmetry at all. I was just wondering what do you guys do to balance your symmetry when u need to?
