    long bicep brachii

Genetically my bicep brachii is long and I'm having problems with putting some height/head on them. Can anyone suggest a particular exercise to put some height?
    Thx

I put this on another post, but I guess I will explain it again. I do bicep 21's. I don't know if any of you know what this is because I think my trainer came up with it. You curl the barbell up to ur waist 7 times, then curl from the waist to the top of your chest 7 times, then finally do a full curl 7 times. It worked great for me.

I think incline curls are great for the long head. When I hit incline curls I feel it hitting the long head in ways I cannot with any other exercise.

I've heard of the Bicep 21's before. An old workout partner used to do them and told me about them.

The pattern that you described....is that one set? or 3 sets of 7?

That is all one set. I usually do about 4 sets of it... sometimes I can't even finish 4 sets. It gives your arms a good pump and I love how your arm gets tight as hell after you finish it.

Well I didn't know. I've just never seen anyone else do them or talk about them before.
